Between 1984 and 1988, he studied meteorological engineering: Case study on the influence of climate on greenhouse crops (green pepper and green beans) at the Hydrometeorological Training and Research Institute in Oran (Algeria).
In 1991, he continued his training in surface hydrology with Vituki in Hungary.
Between 1992-1993, he completed his post-graduate studies in operational hydrology: case study on water assessment in the Akanyaru river basin: Hydrometeorological Training and Research Institute and University of Nairobi.
Project leader for the rehabilitation of rural water supply systems (Ministry of Works and Energy project).
Lecturer in economic geography at UNILAC
